Service Overview

Real Estate GIFs, provided by The Avenue Creatives Ltd., offers custom GIF creation services catering primarily to real estate marketing, though the GIFs can be used for other purposes. Users can place orders, pay through Stripe, and receive their completed GIFs via email.

Orders and Payment

• Placing an Order: Users must complete the order form and provide payment through Stripe to purchase a GIF. No user accounts are required, and we do not store credit card information.
• Delivery: Please allow up to 5 business days after ordering to receive your GIF. Delivery will be made via the email provided during the order process.
• Revisions: Each order includes one revision per GIF. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of GIF delivery. Revisions are limited to minor changes, such as placement, size, font, or color adjustments. Major changes, such as altering the GIF to create a new one, are not accepted.

Refunds

• Before Delivery: Refunds can be requested before the GIF has been delivered.
• After Delivery: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of delivery. However, we reserve the right to decline a refund if it appears to be requested in bad faith. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

User Content

• Image Uploads: Users may upload images to be included in their GIFs. All uploaded content must comply with our guidelines and must not contain illegal or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to refuse any service that violates these guidelines. User to make sure they have appropriate permissions and licenses to use the images that are used in GIFs.

Intellectual Property

The design elements used in creating the GIFs remain the property of The Avenue Creatives Ltd. Users receive ownership of the final GIF files delivered to them but not the underlying design elements.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Uploading or sharing illegal or inappropriate content.
• Engaging in spamming or any other disruptive behavior.
• Attempting to exploit the revision process for unauthorized purposes.

By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in any activity that could harm the website, its users, or its services.
